Refund Eligibilty

  • Digital Programs and Services:

    • Refunds for online workout and nutrition plans are only available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions or plans have been accessed or utilized.

    • Once a plan has been accessed or delivered, refunds are not eligible.

  • Physical Products:

    • Refund requests for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Subscription Plans:

    • Subscriptions canceled mid-term will not be refunded for the remaining period. However, you will continue to have access to services until the end of the billing cycle.
